Who sould take the blame the parent or the child?

If a child that is 17 or younger gets in trouble who should take the blame the parent or the child?Who sould take the blame the parent or the child?
The child, but the parents certainly are not guilt free.Who sould take the blame the parent or the child?
A 17 yr old is not a child. Is a full grown teenager few months from becoming an adult. If you don麓t let them be responsible for their actions at that age you are not only not helping them. In fact, you hurt them. Now, if you are talking about a situation where the teenager can go to jail, affect the outcome of his/her life or be permanently damaged as a consequence, I understand that, as a parent, you won麓t let it happen to your son or daughter.
The child needs to be accountable for his actions, but the parents need to make him accountable and provide him with consequences. If you are feeling any guilt over whatever the instance is, perhaps you should also reflect on your parenting techniques and see if there's anything you can do to make your child more respectful/responsible, etc.
Both are to be blamed. The parent should teach his/her child to behave, and the child should think about the consequences before doing it. In court though, I think the child would still have to take the responsibility and go to the juvinile court.
Both.
It would depend on the kind of trouble you are speaking of, and the exact age...at 17 the child is old enough to know better to do certain things, but at 7 they may not. The child should have to deal with the situation. And the parents would have to as well...I think both are equally responsible depending on the circumstances. If a 17 y/o punk attempts stealing a car...and there are damages done...and they get caught...they should be responsible for the money...but if they can't do anything about it, the parents should have to cover it...if they have a problem w/ that they should reconsider how they have done as a parent and be more involved in their kids life so that it doesn't happen again.
it depends

if the child has deliberately hit some 1 both are at fault

if the child has got a bad grade the parent for not teaching him properly

if the childs messes his clothes with food , child he should me more careful
THE PARENTS! THEY ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR EVERYTHING, A MENTOR.

A CHILD IS AN EXTENSION OF PARENT'S TRUE LOVE, RESPECT AND TO ';FOLLOW THE 1O COMMANDMENTS'; AND MORE!

A CHILD ';MIMIC'; THEIR PARENTS!
