Georgia is where you want to go.
live in together , give merrage some more time , i know you are too young and impulsive .
no even if both agreed you have to go to court to get permission now if you are under age
All states require the age of 18, any person under the age of 18 is considered a child (minor) Each state has its own laws on marriageable age with consent of a parent.

If you are ready to be married right now then go ahead and move in together in your own home, support yourselves for the next two years and marry when you are both 18.
I am 24 and got married at 16. Back in 2001. I got married in Las Vegas. In CA I know the law is that if you are going to get married under 18 you have to have 6 months pre-marital counseling. I wasn't pg or anything, just wanted to get married. So we went to Vegas cause the law is different. Before you get married you have to get a marriage lic. At that point they would not let my dad in the court room to swear me away. They said only the mother. My mom had to raise her right hand and swear me away to the care of my husband to be who was over age. So don't really know what happens in the event that he's under age too. Just make sure it's what you want and NEVER divorce. I have been married 7 years now and have 3 boys... wouldn't trade it for anything!!!
unless you get emancipated in a court each of you have to have parental consent. However, if your parents are divorced you only have to have the custodial parents consent in most states.
