No on will touch you until you're at least 16 and that's only in certain states and with certain artists.Where is a tattooing parlor in Arizona that will tattoo a 14 yr old with parent permission?
They don't!!! When a person get there tattoo license they have signed saying a bunch of crap!! but you can get them at home!! But when you get ur business licenses, letting you advertise and run your own buisness from a shop they sign saying they will not and can not tattoo anyone under the age of 16 and when your under 18 you have to have parents permission!! and theres plenty other things they can't do eitherWhere is a tattooing parlor in Arizona that will tattoo a 14 yr old with parent permission?

and if your parents are willing to let you get a tattoo at 14, they shouldn't be allowed to be making life-decisions for you.

I always recommend waiting until you're legal, as you've at least had plenty of time to think about your design, and are old enough to be sure you can handle making a permanent decision.

Even with parent permission, you should still wait till your at least sixteen. I doubt many tattoo places what to tattoo such a young kid.
Wait until you're older.


You will only get in a lot of trouble for having it done.
