What constitutes as being on vacation with a parent?

I am the primary custodian, not the Mother. What constitutes as being on vacation with a parent?
Vacation is other then the address stated as the residence.

The mother is a wack job and is trying to manipulate the system

Go back to court and have it written out clearly.

Call the police to have it documented. What constitutes as being on vacation with a parent?
';It's only a vacation if it's 5 states away'; is a childish, BS, totally-not-based-in-reality answer. It would not hold up in court in any way, shape, or form.

You need to get the definition of ';Vacation'; clearly written into your agreement, but I think if she's been taking the daughter to stay out-of-state for several nights, she is still probably in contempt.

Personally, I would say a day trip or maybe even an overnight stay in another state with a family member would not be a vacation if it was only an hour or so away. If it's more than one night or if it's a longer drive, I'd call that a vacation.
If the woman is taking the child out of the state without permission from the other parent that can get her into trouble. What she is doing is not considered a vacation. You need to get an attorney and let them know that the woman is going out of state with the child.
I am pretty sure it is vacation. I think the mother is full of BS which is probably a factor into why she does not have primary custody.
I would assume out of state would in fact require the 120 hours notice.
